• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment
