• We are the industry-leading UC provisioning automation developer for Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft 365/Teams. • Our solution provides a single-pane-of-glass to streamline MACDs by eliminating repetitive, manual, error-prone tasks. • As the Senior Sales Engineer, you will report to the Chief Sales Officer and play a key role on the sales team to drive sales success. • Serves as a thought leader and change agent, providing critical feedback on sales strategy and process. • Provide deep technical expertise to potential clients, helping translate product features into customer benefits.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in a technical sales role providing thought leadership to evolve sales strategy and processes. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Unified Communications solutions (Cisco CUCM, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.) Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and relevant sales tools. • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of the Unified Communications market including its rapidly changing technologies and solutions, competitors, partners and complex sales process. • Sales Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time or on as needed basis.
