Description

• Create and drive channel strategy to reach business growth targets globally • Build annual plans and performance measures with channel partners • Implement scorecard and process for metrics; distribution, collection and ongoing quarterly performance monitoring • Structure sales training and marketing programs to drive partner effectiveness • Lead channel processes and workflows and maintains a successful business • Drive contract development process and negotiations, working with internal functions and external partners • Ensure legal and ethical compliance in business interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BSc/Commerce/Economics, master’s degree in business administration (preferred) or equivalent work experience • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in similar role with a strong focus on sales and channel development in life sciences and medical devices • Track record for achieving sales targets, AR collections, and partner recruitment and enablement • Ability to work closely with commercial and finance • Excellent knowledge and experience working with dealers and distributors in various geographic areas • Ability to put a business plan together based on data, analytics, and creative solutions to address opportunities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business counterparts
