Alector is that place! • Use your experience to help us achieve our mission of finding ways to slow the progression of neurodegenerative diseases and to one day prevent their occurrence. • We are seeking a highly skilled and expert HEOR Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our health economics and outcomes research strategies to support Alector's pipeline, launch preparedness and lifecycle management of our products. This individual will work closely internal and external stakeholders, including payers and alliance partners, to ensure that our products deliver value and meet the needs of patients and healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HEOR, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing HEOR strategies that support product launches and market access • Strong understanding of payer perspectives and the healthcare reimbursement landscape. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience working in neurology and rare diseases is highly desirable. • Launch experience in neurology and rare disease
