• Qualify inbound leads, via meetings, email phone or Chat-bots, from target account list. • Build quality, qualified pipeline in targeted set of accounts. • Work closely with allocated Account Executive to strategize on targeted accounts. • Use tools to identify prospect key contacts and build a personalized approach. • Execute appropriate outbound strategies to engage the prospect. • Work with Manager and Account Executives on prioritizing time for pipeline generation. • Be an active part of the team, sharing best practices and participating in meetings. • Use Salesforce to manage, track and report sales activities. • Track allocated accounts buying journey and respond with appropriate outreach. • Work with Sales Ops and Enablement for training and feedback on processes. • Have recurring one-on-ones with Account Executives for account strategy. • Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure inquiries are followed up. • Use tools to monitor account journey phases and provide feedback to Marketing teams. • Support Field Events team by attending events and representing Algolia. • Work with Partner teams on partner-driven opportunities and manage them.
• Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred, but not required). • Highly motivated with a competitive edge. • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change. • Keen interest in the tech industry. • A track record achieving and exceeding individual quotas (Professional or Personal). • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to think clearly under pressure and manage the demands of Algolia, the company leadership, their AE’s and the allocated accounts. • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, can multi-task, be flexible when priorities shift, anticipate problems and plan contingencies. • Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable. • Aptitude for continuous learning and development. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a team working environment. • Curious approach to understanding customers. • Inspiring and strong positive personality with a can-do attitude – fun to work with.
