Description
• The Operations and Resource Manager plays a key role in resource allocation and capacity planning • Driving operational excellence and maximizing efficiency • Collaboration across Workday EMEA practice teams to meet client service commitments • Lead operational process documentation and improvements • Maintain and review AMS team JIRA operating processes and procedures
Requirements
• Ability to develop and implement effective resource management strategies • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational and resource related issues in timely fashion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships • Client delivery focused, striving to deliver excellent services • Proven experience in resource management, project management, or a related position • General understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques • Background in developing partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders • Experience in technology projects and implementations • Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification is a plus
