Description

• As a Workday Sales Executive, you will increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • You'll collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their needs and provide customized solutions. • Collaborating with Solutions Architects and other Subject Matter Experts to share market insights. • Achieving individual sales quota for fiscal year. • Set and execute the sales strategy for assigned deals. • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management’s strategic decision-making. • Collecting and communicating market intelligence on products/services. • Coordinating and participating with internal departments in the selling process. • Participating in account planning with SAEs/CSLs and CDS Sales Executives. • Identifying the customer's need and the most suitable strategic value propositions. • Managing overlays involved in the demo stage, i.e. Value Engineer & Solutions Architects. • Providing input on pricing decisions striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin.

Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities. • Must sell value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the business. • Recognize opportunities to help with growth and expansion while demonstrating great analytical and problem-solving skills. • Understand the various components of Workday technology. • Have a broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions. • Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level. • Understand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes simultaneously. • Impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions. • Be able to identify and target potential clients on the West Coast. • 5+ years of direct selling experience. • Demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in Cloud solutions. • Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees. • Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales. • Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience.
