β€’ Achieve annual revenue targets for Workday and associated services β€’ Collaborates with Delivery team and Solutions Leader to ensure mutual understanding of opportunity β€’ Coaches and supports a team of sales executives on deal strategy β€’ Identifies and generates demand within new markets β€’ Leads the development of a sales plan for service delivery opportunities β€’ Responsible for setting and executing sales strategy β€’ Demonstrates strong sales strategy ability β€’ Utilizes other selling resources at the appropriate time β€’ Manages and maximizes the client level cost of sale β€’ Collects and communicates market intelligence on products/services β€’ Maximizes the use of sanctioned tools

Requirements

β€’ 10 years of managing and leading a sales team β€’ Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP and/or Cloud technology, specifically Workday β€’ Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities β€’ Exceptional presentation skills β€’ Internal and External communication skills β€’ Negotiation Skills β€’ Familiarity with consultative selling and ERP cloud landscape
