Description

• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients within the financial services sector. • Collaborate with senior sales team members to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs, informing sales strategies. • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client interactions and sales activities. • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating sales activities and following up on leads. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Ideal 3 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the financial industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, creating and executing business development plans and building client relationships. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
