β€’ Strong track record of overachieving sales targets in high volume, high growth business β€’ Multi-product sales experience is a plus β€’ Experienced in leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams β€’ Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills β€’ Clear examples of leveraging multiple data sources for decision making β€’ Experience creating a high-energy, inclusive team culture β€’ Deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals β€’ Naturally curious and problem-solving mindset β€’ Previous experience in Fintech, software, IT and/or SaaS industries preferred
