Description

β€’ Ensure delivery of excellent customer service while maintaining solid customer relationships. β€’ Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision. β€’ Work the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue. β€’ Accurately compose written information for loan histories of customers. β€’ Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information. β€’ Distribute and exchange information with others. β€’ Meet set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity. β€’ Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma/GED. β€’ 1 year of related experience preferred. β€’ Data entry and keyboard knowledge required. β€’ Call Center experience preferred. β€’ Strong attention to detail and organization skills required. β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks. β€’ Ability to read and apply commonsense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions and memos. β€’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
