Description

• Performs day-to-day customer service activities • Assists patients to resolve billing issues • Documents customer complaints and issues • Tracks trends of customer service encounters • Assists in training new colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field • Up to three (1) years of experience and relevant knowledge of revenue cycle functions • Previous service/call center experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office • Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications preferred
