• Support the provision and use of employee assistance and behavioral health benefits. • Coordinates employee assistance and behavioral health benefits and employer resources. • Reviews member's needs and communicates relevant services and resources. • Administers policies and procedures for the Employee Assistance Program. • Executes routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Care Partner Program. • Follows area protocols to provide effective support. • Answers calls, understands call purpose, and completes research to identify providers. • Maintains accurate documentation meeting risk management and regulatory requirements. • Proactively listens and addresses inquiries, resolving issues as a single point of contact. • Assesses client’s needs and researches pertinent services and resources.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and call center experience. • 1 year experience in a social, psychological or human service field. • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). • Workspace is fully remote with specific privacy requirements. • Reliable internet with minimum speed requirements.
