• This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US. • We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist! • Each customer interaction focuses around energy efficiency. • You will support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a range of services. • Each call can be a different utility customer and require a different type of service. • Some programs utilize chat/email interactions with customers. • Personal performance data and progress accessible in real time.
• High School Diploma or GED (required) • Ability to type 35+ WPM • No attendance or punctuality concerns • Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred • Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude
