Description

β€’ Deliver client support for Ticketmaster products. β€’ Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. β€’ Train clients and provide operational support. β€’ Use troubleshooting techniques for problem resolution. β€’ Support event programming and product updates.

Requirements

β€’ H.S. diploma or equivalent. β€’ BA/BS degree is preferred β€’ 1+ years of experience with the Ticketmaster System and/or various ticketing system β€’ Overall awareness of the entertainment and sports business is important β€’ Box Office experience is a plus β€’ Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus β€’ Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, REPGEN, and the Event Base product suite is preferred β€’ Archtics experience is preferred β€’ Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills β€’ Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills. β€’ Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
