Description

• Remote position with no insurance license required • $700 licensing bonus available • 1st year earning potential of $45k to $55k • 2nd year earning potential of $65k to $70k • 3rd to 4th year earning potential of $80k to $100k+ • Hourly base rate OR uncapped commission • Cutting-edge technology to provide quotes and sell policies across multiple lines • Responsible for outstanding client service and maintaining positive client relationships • Work collaboratively to support team’s energy, morale, and production • Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in multiple states • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts • Property & Casualty License required in several states • High School Diploma or GED • Adequate/accurate typing speed while talking with a customer • Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting and billing guidelines • Strong, professional phone etiquette • Proficiency with Sales systems • High level of initiative, autonomy and self-motivation
