Description

• Responsible for soliciting new business from agents and maintaining current business levels. • Achieves agreed upon new business production and other KPIs by effectively managing the assigned territory. • Increases the percentage of producing agents through additional training and process improvements. • Recommends agencies for profit-sharing and other sales initiatives. • Solicits new agencies and evaluates their potential to write quality new business.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
