Description

• Responsible for serving as primary contact for Enterprise customers. • Manages system enhancement requests and acts as liaison to internal departments. • Ensures compliance with regulatory branches and that Performance Standards are achieved. • Conducts quarterly meetings with clients to understand their business model and product roadmap. • Analyzes performance measurement reports, identifies and resolves issues. • Tracks client interactions and incidents, advises clients of service disruptions.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Excellent written and communication skills • Excellent time management • Excellent relationship management • Team player • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously • Strategic thinker and analytical problem solver • MS Office
