Description
• Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments. • Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and related systems. • Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix systems. • Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting. • Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. • Coach and mentor junior team members and provide leadership. • Complete root cause analysis and share with team members. • Knowledge transfer to improve overall team education level. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide updates.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience required. • Technical certifications • 5+ years of experience as Citrix Virtualization engineer/administration for large environments. • Flexible to work in rotational shifts 24/7 remote WFH. • One of the following Citrix certifications preferred: CCEE, CCP-V, CCE-V, CCP-N. • Experience configuring and managing Citrix technologies. • Team Player with proven communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and judgment skills. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and drive to results with high quality. • Detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of Citrix technologies. • Ability to identify and instill industry best practices. • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable business language. • Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud. • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
