• Lead business development activities for Envision Plastics • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers • Drive sales to meet organizational targets • Develop a robust business development strategy and pipeline • Use data and market insights to pursue business opportunities • Track success of new growth initiatives using CRM • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize value exchange with customers • Provide monthly sales forecasts and weekly reports to management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales role in a similar industry or calling on a similar customer base (packaging manufacturers and CPGs) • Proven track record of obtaining new customers and a competitive mentality; manage sales cycle to close new business • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a demonstrated background of closing deals • Experience with large, national accounts • Greenfield sales, value selling, or solution selling experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) and sales pipeline management tools for tracking and reporting of current and future opportunities • Travel required based on business needs, up to 50%
