Description

• The Executive Franchise Partnership allows for personal and financial growth while providing the benefits of a traditional job. • EFPs begin as Sr. Regional Directors with opportunities for promotion within 2-5 years. • Focus on building relationships with university pre-health advisors and executing dynamic sales presentations to students. • Utilize marketing channels to enroll students in programs and maintain accurate records using Altius CRM.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrated growth and increasing accomplishment as an entrepreneur, franchisee, armed services member, aspiring business leader, educator, university advisor or administrator. • Passion and talent for sales and business growth. • Strong management, presentation, public speaking, organization, and relationship-building skills are a must. • Bachelor’s degree is not required. Self-employed and on-the-job experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
