Description

•Evaluate, via interviews and document review, alleged violations of global trade internal policies and regulations. •Manage an active caseload, consistent with internal and US Government deadlines, using RTX’s matter-management tool. •Collaborate with Collins Aerospace’s Global Trade team to identify root causes of regulatory violations and develop corrective actions. •Brief RTX and Collins Aerospace leadership on status of ongoing global trade investigations. •Draft disclosures to US Government agencies regarding violations of the ITAR and EAR. •Document closure of matters that do not give rise to a reasonable suspicion of a regulatory violation. •Report on Collins Aerospace internal and US Government data requests. •Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international).

Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience •U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required •5+ years experience with export controls (ITAR/EAR) •5+ years of prior investigative experience focusing on export regulations.
