Description

• Secure third-party copyright permissions for AP assessment products • Review stakeholder requests for use of third-party content • Facilitate permissions requests with rightsholders • Adhere to schedules to ensure permissions deadlines are met • Support communications for AP Permissions & Licensing • Analyze existing clearance process and develop new internal processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) • 4 years or more of experience with copyright permissions and/or licensing required • Experience clearing permissions from international rightsholders preferred • Some language experience (French, German, Italian, Spanish) preferred • Understanding of copyright including public domain and fair use • Detail-driven, process-oriented mindset • Expertise in Smartsheet, MS Excel and item bank management • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 1-2 times per quarter • Eligible to work in the USA for any employer
