• Develop trusted client relationships, navigate the commercial and residential flooring network, and establish yourself as a go-to resource to drive sales. • Develop and deliver an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory. • Manage the sales life cycle resolving any issues while providing exceptional customer care. • Champion product lines, ensuring they are the top choice for specifications, while gathering market and competitive intelligence. • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and fellow Territory Managers to tackle ground-level opportunities and strategize effectively. • Maintain consistent, multi-channel communication with customers, utilizing strategies like lunch & learns, to become their first point of contact. • Actively promote online resources, tools, and innovative technologies (lightbeans) to enhance customer engagement. • Manage projects and maintain CRM to keep track of the sales pipeline. • Remain updated on market and industry trends and customer demand to remain a valuable player in the industry.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales representative in flooring surfaces or a related industry. • Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and fostering long term client relationships. • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks. • Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions. • Valid driver's license
