🎯 Requirements

• Hold a valid broker license for your province. • CIP/CAIB/CRM is an asset. • 1-5 years experience in insurance, commercial broking experience is an asset. • Passion for customer experience. • Persistence and agility to meet set targets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time.
