📋 Description
• Develop and maintain client relationships during the management and renewal process of assigned insurance accounts to ensure excellent customer service and account retention • Active control and management of all service aspects of an account • Direct pro-active communication with clients • Direct interaction with Sales Executives on any and all assigned accounts • Direct interaction with Sales Agents, Marketing Managers and Technical Assistants on the renewal, rounding and cross-selling of accounts • Provide direction and oversight to Technical Assistants working on behalf of assigned clients • Cross-sell and/or refer, to the appropriate departments, prospects and clients • Coordinate change requests and modify policies as appropriate or as requested • Manage the underwriting process • Record, report and service assigned clients claims and losses • Request and research reports and information relevant to the placing of new and/ or renewal business • Regularly review exception and aged receivable reports • Follow company procedures regarding the documentation and maintenance of account information • Be familiar with and follow Agency E&O guidelines • Report any omissions regarding coverage on policies • Maintain and exercise the highest level of confidentiality regarding the business
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.) • 3 to 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience • Active 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License • EPIC experience a plus • LARGE account experience a must. • Condo a plus
