β€’ I’m Mark, the CEO of Autism Parenting Magazine (APM). β€’ A fast-growing, high-energy publishing company dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of families affected by autism. β€’ We thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where everyone is expected to work hard and stay focused on delivering results. β€’ Our global, remote-first team spans the UK, USA, Philippines, South Africa, and Eastern Europe. β€’ While our work is demanding, it’s also rewarding and fosters a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. β€’ The Account Manager - Advertising Sales will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth through B2B advertising/sponsorship products and managing existing accounts. β€’ You’ll manage inbound sales and consultative selling for advertising and sponsorship opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with advertisers on fulfilling marketing creatives and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales leadership and consultative selling, ideally in a B2B environment β€’ Strong track record in managing and achieving KPIs, including sales revenue β€’ Expertise in B2B marketing campaigns and cold outreach β€’ High-level account management skills focused on client satisfaction β€’ Good understanding of the fundamentals of sales and marketing and the psychological triggers that make people buy. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills β€’ Copywriting skills for email outreach, writing pitches and marketing content β€’ Knowledge of cold outreach scripts and CRO techniques. β€’ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign or Ad Sales Genius β€’ Linkedin use for B2B outreach, network building and PPC β€’ Sales funnel understanding from a B2C perspective (our customers) β€’ Cold outreach and calling experience β€’ Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and PPC campaigns β€’ Publishing and media experience
