Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operational leadership in a hypergrowth environment • Ability to solve problems and drive team success • Strong relationship building skills with clinicians and stakeholders • Empathy and innovation focused on customer experience • Experience implementing software products in an enterprise environment • Data-driven mindset with a history of measurement and improvement • Resourcefulness and composure in ambiguous environments
