• This role is the key contact for assigned accounts in order to provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business. • Implements strategy, business and marketing plans for assigned accounts including market research, competitive intelligence, product positioning, product line evolution and product innovation. • This role is focused on growth of an assigned territory that includes new account acquisition and share of wallet, typically higher focus on share of wallet.

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor’s degree • Experience – relevant experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry • 5+ years’ experience • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability • Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
