• Provide hands-on leadership, planning, direction, and management of renewable energy project sub-contract administration, construction, and commissioning resources • Plan, budget, track, and effectively manage organizational and team resources to achieve business objectives • Oversee the development of detailed scopes of work and preparation of subcontractor bid and contract documents • Monitor vendor and subcontractor coordination to assure competitive cost, best schedule, and delivery to meet project budgets • Manage, review, and approve project construction costs and budget activity • Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed monthly project status reports and schedules • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes • Cultivate positive and effective business relationships

Requirements

• BA/BS in Construction Management or Equivalent years of relevant technical experience • Minimum of 10 years of electrical, mechanical, engineering, or industrial power construction project management work experience focusing on complex renewable energy and commercial solar installation projects • Experience managing and developing careers of direct reports with varying levels of experience • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and consultants on complex, multiphase projects • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and cloud-based construction management software such as Procore or equivalent • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by the resident state • Travel required
