Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project requests • Manage a high-performing team to execute implementation initiatives • Facilitate discussions with senior leadership to define and refine project roadmap • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors • Plan and oversee coordination of multiple implementation projects • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies • Develop educational programs and tools for optimal user-experience • Build team collaboration between implementation services and Learning and Development teams • Manage implementation services team fulfilling project KPIs and performance standards • Drive continual team outcome improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in implementation management within healthcare, health tech or technology sector with at least three years managing staff • Proven track record of successfully leading complex software implementations and educating end users in EHR, Practice Management or other integrated tools • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements • Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies; PMP preferred • Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects simultaneously • Strong and proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of an organization with a high level of proficiency • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and effectively manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
