Description

β€’ The Business Development Representative needs to be driven to working towards team goals of increasing revenue and promoting Certus' Solutions by actively calling our existing and prospective clients. β€’ Generate new leads for corporate sales opportunities through prospecting (cold calling, research, etc.). β€’ Effectively meet assigned sales performance metrics of per-day quotas including but not limited to outbound phone calls (dials), email correspondences, and new lead goals to meet the established sales plan. β€’ Demonstrate an understanding of company products and how they benefit customers as well as participate in sales and technology training to support growth of product knowledge. β€’ Update client notes and call progression in CRM applications to support sales goals. β€’ Work as a team player providing sales support and product expertise as needed to other team members. β€’ Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ Communicate directly with customers; positively represent the company and provide excellent customer service and ability to listen to and interpret customer requirements and present technical solutions. β€’ Effective in managing time and activities, including administrative responsibilities. β€’ Exhibition of excellent interpersonal skills. β€’ Working knowledge of specific Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), and a CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoom Info, preferred).
