β€’ Actively hiring a Business Development Manager- MENA Region β€’ Help expand clientele in MENA Region β€’ Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and client relationships. β€’ Manage and execute the business development strategy β€’ Research and execute plans to develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers Worldwide. β€’ Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy β€’ Use existing client relationships to generate new business β€’ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients β€’ Keep up-to-date with the financial markets β€’ Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals β€’ Negotiate contract terms with clients β€’ Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are executed on-time.

Requirements

β€’ A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field β€’ Previous experience in business development or sales within the retail brokerage industry is a MUST β€’ Proven sales track record β€’ Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals β€’ Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales β€’ Excellent networking skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations β€’ Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business β€’ Ability to work under pressure β€’ Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
