• Responsible for profitably growing revenue and market share • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion • Develop and nurture relationships to leverage them for winning new business • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, implementing growth strategies • Regularly meet with bottlers, procurement, Key Accounts, and LPOs to develop business relationships • Analyze account performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust account strategies • Prepare sales forecasts, track progress toward revenue targets, and provide regular reports to management • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Engineering, Operations, and Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing the sales process in the foodservice and beverage industry or other manufacturing industries using consultative sales methods and corporate account management • Exceptional experience in marketing and sales of beverage and foodservice equipment, preferably to corporations and large chain customers • Extensive travel is required to cultivate and strengthen relationships through face-to-face meetings across diverse locations nationwide
