Description

β€’ We're looking for an experienced New Business Development Executive for a growing Workplace SaaS business. β€’ Primary objective: help us grow the number of Workplace clients and drive new recurring revenue. β€’ You will have a dedicated whitespace territory to acquire new customers. β€’ Main responsibilities include achieving quota targets, maintaining expert knowledge of products, and managing the sales pipeline. β€’ Essential criteria include 3+ years' experience, a BA/BS degree, and CRM proficiency.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager role within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and consistently hitting sales targets. β€’ BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Economics or similar. β€’ Detailed knowledge and experience of the HR Technology landscape, particularly as it relates to diversity and inclusion. β€’ Demonstrated passion for customer excellence. β€’ Proficient in CRM. β€’ Experience of researching and profiling whitespace and creating account maps. β€’ Understanding of SaaS sales strategies and associated metrics.
