Description

• The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for fostering seamless execution, coordination, and continuous improvement across all Alliance community activities. • They will spearhead the coordination of work across all Alliance community initiatives and workstreams, creating a seamless and organized membership experience for participating organizations. • The Senior Director will handle various tasks and assist in communicating the CEO’s strategy and organizational priorities across APA internal teams. • The role requires an individual who is results-oriented, highly analytical, strategic, and innovative.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working directly with CEOs, leadership teams, or senior leaders • Extensive Salesforce expertise with strong data system design experience • Deep Project Management experience, with PM (PMI, others) credentials preferred • Effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management • Accountability for outcomes through proactive leadership and taking initiative • Ability to adapt and persist through challenges • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial or startup environment • Ability to work collaboratively • Openness & Responsiveness to feedback and coaching • Enthusiasm for the work and contribution to building a positive organizational culture
