β€’ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region. β€’ Provide strong leadership to the sales team, guiding them in achieving individual and team goals. β€’ Collaborate with executives to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. β€’ Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. β€’ Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. β€’ Foster a positive and motivating work environment. β€’ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. β€’ Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the region. β€’ Monitor and report on key sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key agents, carriers, and partners in the region. β€’ Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance the company's market presence. β€’ Manage and optimize the sales budget for the region. β€’ Ensure cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment. β€’ Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates and insights on sales activities. β€’ Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. β€’ The role requires a minimum of 30% travel within the assigned region.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. β€’ Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D and other Senior Market focused insurance products is required. β€’ Experience in Broker or Provider service, managing key accounts preferred. β€’ At least 1 year of sales experience in the health insurance industry preferred.
