• Ametros is changing the way individuals navigate healthcare by providing tools and support • The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities • Work closely with Sr. Business Development Managers to identify business opportunities • Sell Ametros suite of products and pursue larger programmatic relationships • Maintains relationships and quality service for clients by providing support, information, and guidance • Collaborates to recommend new sales approaches or product improvements • Participates in ongoing training to enhance job skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in Worker’s Compensation • Understanding of the Worker’s Compensation Industry. • A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships with prospects, clients, and co-workers • Dependability - consistency in time management, communication, and teamwork • Ability to work independently on sales opportunities and to collaborate with home office efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Aptitude for problem solving • A strong desire to continue to learn and better your knowledge of the industry for self and the organization's benefit
