• Lead and respond to Corporate Travel Management RFP/RFI/RFQ requests • Develop detailed and customized bid responses • Apply Project Management methodologies in bid projects • Manage bid responses and tracking systems • Support maintenance of RFP Database and competitor analysis
Requirements
• 3+ years' experience as a Proposal Writer for technology solutions • 5+ years experience supporting a Global B2B sales organization • Strong research, writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Experience in maintaining content libraries preferred • Highly proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint • Ability to craft compelling stories to drive action • Understanding of complex bid requirements
