• Support agency business owners as independent contractors • Coach and advise agency business owners • Report to the Director of Sales • Ensure agency business owners connect to the corporate strategic plan • Monitor execution of company initiatives for individual businesses • Provide expertise to ensure successful operations • Source and select agency business owners
Requirements
• Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, and service • Basic knowledge of business systems • Prior management experience or experience leading project teams • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting • Experience developing operational business plans • Knowledge of budget management concepts • Proven track record in insurance sales • Proper insurance licensing required: Property and Casualty, Life and Health • Valid driver's license
