Description

β€’ Support agency business owners as independent business owners. β€’ Ensure agency business owners understand corporate strategic plan. β€’ Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan. β€’ Assist agency business owners in understanding overall district profit. β€’ Monitor and manage execution of company initiatives for the district. β€’ Provide business knowledge and expertise to agency business owners. β€’ Source and select agency business owners to fill openings. β€’ Build relationships with agency business owners and staff.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and service. β€’ Basic knowledge and understanding of business systems to gain efficiencies in a business environment. β€’ Prior management experience or experience leading project teams. β€’ Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools. β€’ Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting. β€’ Experience developing and executing operational business plans and marketing plans. β€’ Solid knowledge of budget management concepts. β€’ Proven track record of leading a team in insurance sales. β€’ Licenses required by state for insurance products: Property and Casualty, Life and Health. β€’ Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record. β€’ Up to 75% travel requirements.
