Description

• Support agency business owners as independent contractors. • Coach and advise on sales results and execution. • Assist in understanding overall profit of the district. • Monitor execution of company initiatives. • Provide business knowledge to agency owners. • Source and select agency business owners to fill openings. • Build relationships with agency owners and staff.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and service. • Basic knowledge and understanding of business systems. • Prior management experience. • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies. • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting. • Prior experience developing operational business plans. • Solid knowledge of budget management concepts. • Proven track record in insurance sales. • Required licenses for selling insurance products: Property and Casualty, Life and Health. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
