Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in Toxicology or a related scientific field • Or Master’s degree and 8 years of experience in Toxicology or a related scientific field • Or Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in Toxicology or a related scientific field • At least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams or projects • A minimum of 10 years of drug development experience • Expertise in the field of immunology • End-to-end small and large molecule safety assessment experience across multiple therapeutic areas • External visibility as a toxicology expert • Experience supporting business development efforts • Comfortable operating as a cross-functional and inter-functional thought partner on multi-disciplinary teams • Experienced scientific leader with direct or matrixed management experience • Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology
