📋 Description

• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • Shape strategy, execution, and measurement of key programs • Develop and implement data-driven marketing programs • Partner with Marketing, External Medical Engagement, Corporate Communications, Medical, Advocacy and more • Engage with external opinion leaders and internal colleagues • Develop targeted messaging and educational resources • Apply market research and insights to drive disease state strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies • Manage projects through legal, regulatory, and medical review process

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization • Or Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization • Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization • Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization • Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization • MBA in marketing, healthcare management, or related fields • 5+ years of experience in a series of commercial roles of increasing scope, scale, and complexity within the bio-pharmaceutical industry • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues
