• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and marketing technology. • Proven track record of leading and scaling distributed sales teams in a matrixed organization. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context. • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for excellence. • Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive sales culture. • Adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Global mindset with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse markets.
