Description

•Manage and optimize our Salesforce CPQ system •Support the Amplify Salesforce platform and related systems •Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CPQ platform •Partner with Salesforce development team to translate business requirements into solutions •Identify opportunities to optimize CPQ processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy •Develop and implement CPQ best practices and standards •Maintain data quality and integrity within the CPQ system •Develop and generate reports and dashboards for CPQ performance insights •Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for CPQ solutions •Keep up to date with the latest releases and capabilities of CPQ •Create and maintain documentation of CPQ processes and configurations •Ensure integration between CPQ and Salesforce contracts

Requirements

•Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field •Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator •Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on Salesforce CPQ •Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce administrator certifications required •Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture, features, and capabilities •Proven experience leveraging Copado for Salesforce DevOps •Proficient in using Copado for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment •Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders •Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools •Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions •Experience with building automation and configuration based solutions •Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines
