Description

• Placer.ai is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager with a focus on Commercial Real Estate who will manage a book of customer business. • The Customer Success team serves as subject matter experts, trusted advisors, and advocates to Placer.ai’s customers. • You will drive the continued success of our customers while helping to build a world-class Customer Success function. • You will engage with accounts managing customers’ needs, ensuring product adoption and revenue retention.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with relevant professional experience. • 6+ years of professional experience, minimum of 2 years CRE experience, with a preference for 2+ years CS (or similar customer-facing) experience. • Outstanding organization and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). • Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical problem solving skills. • Passionate about the application of data to solve critical business problems. • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a constantly evolving environment. • Strong attention to detail. • Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data to address customer needs. • Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to help customers answer business questions, identify and capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risk. • Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, who is internally driven to make an impact on both the customer and a growth directed organization. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects. • Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
