🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience of several years in full stack engineering, focused on user experience of large scale data display systems. • Proven ability to recruit, train and maintain star developers in America. • Leader, technical mentor and a people manager with strong communication and collaboration skills. • Hands-on manager, who loves to write and review code, with hands-on experience in recent full-stack / front-end mapping technologies. • Strong coding skills and a “get-things-done” approach • Ability to Engineer, design and develop large scale, high performance mapping components. • Extensive experience in designing and building scalable frontend infrastructure, easily maintained and extended. • Critical / First principle thinking - able to identify root causes of issues and tightly collaborate with all parts of the organization. • Familiarity with recent technologies in the Full-stack / Front-end domain
