Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a trading, financial services, or high-growth business environment. Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex, multi-faceted challenges into structured, actionable steps. • Strong analytical acumen with an "80/20" mindset, able to focus on the most impactful business signals and derive insights that drive strategic decisions. Comfortable distilling large amounts of data to identify key trends, root causes, and actionable next steps. • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to manage dependencies across teams, navigate competing priorities, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure projects stay on track • Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of performance while managing multiple priorities. • Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and public communication skills.
