• Key role in using data and analytics to identify department performance improvement opportunities • Support multiple teams with reporting & analytics • Perform UAT on new BI Reports • Update/Maintain key Operational reports using SQL & Excel • Leverage trend data and analytics to assess opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, engineering, or business administration or 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role • 5 years’ experience working as an analyst • 2 years’ experience with coding in SQL • Strong problem-solving skills • Good organizational skills • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
